SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Tucci Di Lusso, every order is a commitment to excellence. We take great care to ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive in impeccable condition and in a timely manner. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We extend our delivery services globally via USPS and UPS. Please note that all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees — including VAT — are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in their country. By placing an order, you assume the role of importer of record; your shipment will not be released until all applicable fees have been settled. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. bears no liability for customs-imposed charges, including transfer or storage fees. Should a shipment be refused and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the merchandise value only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
All orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable shipping restrictions. Title and risk of loss transfer to the client upon handoff to the carrier. Clients are responsible for filing any claims directly with the carrier in the event of loss or damage in transit. Unless a signature is requested prior to shipment, packages will be delivered without one — please contact us in advance if you require this service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Tucci Di Lusso offers complimentary domestic return shipping for exchanges or store credit. Return instructions are included with your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before shipping your item back.
Eligibility: All returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original, pristine condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our craft, refunds are only available if an order is cancelled within 48 hours of placement and has not yet entered production. Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded — however, exchanges remain available at any time. Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. A confirmation will be sent once your account has been credited.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of $15 will be applied if any components are missing from the returned package — including the shoehorn, shoe bags, or polish kit.
MADE TO ORDER COLLECTION
Every piece in our Made to Order collection is handcrafted exclusively for you, with a curated selection of colors, leathers, and silhouettes. Unless otherwise noted, all items on our site are made to order.
- Production & Shipping: Each pair is crafted upon receipt of your order and ships within approximately 15–21 business days. If you require expedited production, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our utmost to accommodate your timeline.
- Order Changes: Should any delay arise during production, we will notify you promptly via email.
- Returns: Made to Order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges and store credit are available at our discretion.
BELTS, BAGS & ACCESSORIES
All accessories must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Refund requests to the original payment method must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement. If you opt for store credit toward a different item, return shipping is complimentary.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at info@tuccidilusso.com with photographs or video documentation. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter and arrange a replacement.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages not collected from your local post office or UPS facility within 14 days may be subject to a handling fee to cover return freight and administrative costs.
By completing a purchase with Tucci Di Lusso, Inc., you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety. We reserve the right to amend this policy at our discretion.
