SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Tucci Polo, Inc. will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International delivery is available for all orders, if you have questions please call us at (800) 715-2546 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer shipping services through USPS & UPS to most countries in the world. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment once customers item reaches his/her country. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country's custom which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser if that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ships.
Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. offers free domestic shipping and returns for orders returned for exchanges or store credit to get another item. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
Please contact us before you return any item for either exchanges or store credit to get a different item on our website. We do not issue refunds unless order is cancelled within 48 hours of placing it and has not been put into production. If an order is already in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded because we are handcrafting it specially for you, but exchanges are allowed at any time. Please note it can take up to 15 business days for our warehouse to process returns and refunds, therefore your patience is appreciated. Ensure you email us with a description of your case.
A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and only allowed if request is made through email: email@example.com within 48 hours after placing an order. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or style of shoe, please contact us within 15 business days of receiving the item and ensure that the item you wish to return has not been worn, altered, damaged or used.
A restocking fee of $15 will be charged if any items are missing from the returned box; such as shoehorn, shoe bags, or polish kit.
FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Our Made to Order collection are handcrafted specifically for each individual customer and provides a wide range of options which allows each customer to customize the shoe colors & style. All items on our website are made to order unless clearly stated in the item description that its ready to wear item. Each pair will be made upon receipt of order and shipped in approximately 15 - 21 days fastest turn around. If you need your order sooner, please email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) after you place your order and we will do everything possible to expedite your order production and shipment. If any delay occurred during production, we will also communicate same to you via email.
With our Made to Order and custom collection, Exchanges can be made, or we can issue store credit towards another pair of your choice otherwise its final sale and cannot be refunded. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. only issues refund on eligible returns that meets our above requirements. The easiest way is to e-mail us along with a brief description of your case. BELTS, BAGS & OTHER ACCESSORIES
All items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED condition within 10 days of receiving it, please contact us. If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card you will be refunded if request is made within 48 hours of placing your order. If you choose store credit to get a different item, the return shipping is on us.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us by sending us pictures or video of the defected product and we will do everything possible to resolve your case and replace the product.
For packages that are not picked up at your local post office or UPS within 14 days, Tucci Di Lusso, Inc. reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
We handcraft shoes for customers from all works of life and will communicate and work with you to complete your order and have it shipped out to you. Tucci Di Lusso, Inc, reserves the right to amend and update this policy at any time at its discretion.
